I have been trying to clone the wiki, so that I would get updates without having to look individually at the dates on each wiki page.
I use windows 7 64, and Github Desktop. A normal clone from URL bugs into a "Retry Clone" very long error page. The local OS folder I assign repositories to be does have the appropriate folder created, but nothing inside. If I then import the repository as local (it does contain the wiki, but does not check it out, what ever that means, so it stays in the hidden files of the folder), I get some 25 files as changed waiting to be checked out or committed (if i put dummy strings toward "commit to master" and execute, I get the following, which smells like windows explorer not like the ":" in the title.
Since wikis are not part of the forking or versioning system, I can't try by myself to check this hypothesis. Could you maybe change the ":" for "--" or some other solution.
error: invalid path 'Mean-Girl:--the-most-fun-leela-style-net.md'
fatal: make_cache_entry failed for path 'Mean-Girl:--the-most-fun-leela-style-net.md'
