Hallo Dietrich,
ich habe Python 3.8.3 https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.8.3/python-3.8.3-amd64.exe (Windows 7 SP1 64-bit) installiert sowie Arena 3.5.1 www.playwitharena.de - die extrahierte a0lite Datei befindet sich in demselben Ordner wie die Python executable. Funktioniert es auch ohne Neural Net wie etwa Scorpio Chess sowie badygal und Mean Girl 8-net (Download-Link!?) mit folgender CPU:
