Cusdis integration in Publii (plugin) #293

Description

@felix1024

Bug description:

  1. In Safari 18.4 (20621.1.15.11.10) rendering of page will not show the iframe cusdis content at all. When disable "lazy load" a page reload helps, but not if "lazy load" is enabled. No Problem in actual Chrome Browser.

  2. In dark mode labels of the comment plugin form are not visible. Same behaviour on Chrome as in Safari.

  3. Section for the comment plugin should better be variable i.e as user could choose if he wants to see all comments

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load and install cusdis plugin. enable comments in simple theme "post options" Create a post and enable comments as well. Showing result in preview will always show comment section correct. But when upload to server it is not only showing the header, not the comment form.

  2. In Publii set in Theme -> color to "dark", save & preview, open page with enabled comments. Labels on the comment form are invisible because black font on black background.

  3. the size of the comment section seems to be to small, if not intentionally scroll down one can not see any comments.

I filed als this bug report to Publii authors, they replied it is related to cusdis not plugin nor Publii.
I use actual versions of Publii and their CusDis plugin.

Can you please check?

Using MacOS 15.4.1 (24E263)
