Part of recommendations from user research report in #1496

The report says:

Actively promote community initiatives through the website, keeping the page updated on events and initiatives.

I'm not sure whether this counts as a "community initiative" but I would appreciate if there were a listing on the website of current DSF Working Groups, to help potential volunteers discover that opportunity to help.
