Use email from token

Instead of email provided by user.
Otherwise could sign up arbitrary emails.

Note: since this has been merged the token generated by the toolbox now contains the email of the user.
This allows the integration to take the email from the token when creating subscriptions.

• Remove the email parameter from the mutation.
