As you can see in the screenshot, atomatigit doesn’t detect (un)staged files from the root folder in focus. Instead, it shows the state and the last commit of the very first root folder in the list.

I’d expect it to run git in the root folder to which the currently focused file belongs.

When I wrote atomatigit, Atom was a bitty baby, and it didn't support multiple projects :)

I no longer use Atom, and so atomatigit is patched up entirely by community effort. If you, or someone you know, is willing to port atomatigit to multi-repo setups, I'm sure you'll be praised and thanked.
