Camera preview thumbnails don't update in Home

New Homebridge user here. I installed this plugin a few days ago and have noticed that the preview thumbnail in the Home app never updates unless I view the live stream for that camera. At this point, because I haven't viewed the live stream recently, the thumbnails say they're from 4 days ("4d") ago.

For what it's worth, here some messages I tend to see in the logs:

Failed to cache snapshot for Garage (15.004s) indicates that Ring isn't able to pull an image for the camera within 15 seconds. If you open the Ring app to the main dashboard, do you see new snapshots for each camera within a few seconds?

I do, yes. New snapshots show within about 5 seconds or so when I open the Ring app.
