Error when setting UUID in `start_advertising`

Steps:

In tests/peripheral.rs -> it_advertises_gatt, pass a uuid argument to peripheral.start_advertising.

Result:
Error is printed: "One or more parameters were invalid." and the advertisement does not start.

Expected:
Should be able to pass UUID param without a failure and see that the service UUID is successfully advertised.
