Setup alternate API and/or Explorer

The main API is getting absolutely slammed

If we did this would want to put some serious rate limiting in place to prevent the same kind of abuse

Maybe even use one of those third-party API wrappers that could add CDN and auth tokens and similar? Been a long time since I looked at that but they used to be quite pricey

I can setup the blockchain-http with nginx caching and we can see how it will handle the load. Also adding some rate-limiting should do the trick
