Git Phlow should support ZenHub

Problem

Waffle.io is dead, our kanban boards are in ZenHub now.

Waffle worked by labels, getting the labels right, would move the issues through the swim-lanes in the kanban. Therefore the current implementation isn't compliant with ZenHub

Solution

ZenHub has an API we can use, so using the github token authentication, we can trigger the transition between swim lanes through simply posting JSON snippest on the API.

Value

We get a visualization of each issue's true state by glancing at the ZenHub board
