Extract license text via Readers in data model

It would be beneficial if the solicitor readers could directly import license texts that get extracted (for example with pip you get the full license text as an attribute "LicenseText" of the license.json). Other readers might also have this kind of feature, that is why a dedicated "Extracted Licence Text" column in the solicitor data model might prove useful.
