Update namespace of XSDs for context & templates configurations

It would be nice to have a button that updated automatically the ContextConfiguration so that users can get the last upgrades even if they are using an old version of CobiGen.

For example, some users may have old versions of the poms and without this feature, they would not get the correct updates.

We already have this. But the task is a different one. Our templates and context configuration currently have com.capgemini in their xml namespace. We should fix this in future.
If we do that, we have to implement just the upgrade step to make it easy for users to upgrade their config. It is just the upgrade step to be implemented, not the mechanism.
