Debugging CobiGen tempaltes and esp. JavaCode called from there is very hard. In addition to #340 it might be worth to think about allowing to run CobiGen somehow in debug mode directly in eclipse so that breakpoints in Java code get honored. Feel free to move this to another issue or to ignore if too much effort.
