As an eclipse user, I want to manage my template-sets so that I can customize my generation.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A new sub-menu entry should be implemented for the package explorer and project explorer named CobiGen > manage template-sets
  • Clicking on the menu entry, the manage template-sets dialog implemented by Ability to install template sets #1454 should be opened
