https://www.soapui.org/[SOAP UI] is a nice API testing tool not only for SOAP but also for REST and other modern protocols.
With this story we should evaluate if it can be integrated into IDEasy.
Are there portable downloads available for all platforms and architectures so we can integrate it as a local tool?
Or would we need to integrate it as a global tool?

Once refined, we should create sub-tasks for the following parts:

• Create SoapUiUrlUpdater (start with analysis how to get portable downloads for all operating systems and architectures, where to get versions, etc.)
• Create SoapUi commandlet in IDEasy.
