Issue Description
In order to keep on top of patching our CI for the landing page deployment and ensure there are no breakages on it, such as #1744, it would be recommended to onboard this repository to use renovate as well for continuous patches for the deployment CI github actions, as we are onboarding our other devfile organizations to use renovate (#1278).
Acceptance Criteria
- Add renovate bot to the devfile-resources.github.io repository or devfile-resources org
- Add renovate configuration to be picked up by organization renovate bot
