Release 2.4 on GitHub / rename to 3.0 #257

The 2.4 release is not yet in the GitHub releases and not linked in the readme. Please update it.

Also why is it called 2.4 anyway, I think there are quite many breaking changes? => should be 3.0.

@maracuja-juice that's true. It should be version 3.0.

@designmodo please push it to npm registry as well. 😄

And when you do so it would be great to have a good migration guide for the new version aswell (#254)
I used this theme in an older project of mine and would like to migrate to Bootstrap 4.
