If filenames are encoded as Shift-JIS in the zip, and has combined roman numerals, the numerals comes out garbled when unzipped under GBK environment
Might be a bug/missing entry in Qt's encoding conversion function, as the garbled text's GBK code point matches the corresponding JIS roman numeral code point.
