Unable to Export > MTGO (.txt)

Describe the bug:
In the last week or so, when I attempt to Export > MTGO (.txt), it takes over 30secs to give me the download dialog-box (selecting location and name), then times out and will not download, even after clicking resume. Export card-names (.txt) functions as expected.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to list view of a cube
2. Click on Export
3. Click MTGO (.txt)
4. Watch the errors happen

Expected behavior:
Download the text file nearly immediately & successfully.
