API service charging not working? #103

I went to https://platform.deepseek.com/top_up and try to charge the API service. But after I click "Next step" button, it became "Change amount" and then nothing happened. How to charge the API service?

I also learned I can log into https://developer.deepseek.com/ to get developer's free quota but I cannot even open the website.

I just want to try out DS's API service. How can I get it resolved?
