Migrate mcp.deco.site to deco.chat workers

I believe our Workers infrastructure originated for the use case of deploying custom MCPs.

What do you think about migrating our current MCPs (code on deco-cx/apps and running on https://mcp.deco.site) to Workers?

Simplification and improving our development workflow would be my top favorite benefits of doing this.
