DCMTK Error after passing in DcmJs write

Hi there i think I may found another bug related to our previous bug #462, again hard to investigate and to identify.

I have my usual pipeline using DCMJS in the frontend reading DICOM, modifiying some tags and rewriting (as described here #458 (comment))

For some DICOMs when the DCMJS generated DICOM hits Orthanc for transcoding in serverside, an error is raised by DCMTK

OrthancException.cpp:62] Internal error: Cannot write DICOM file to memory, DCMTK error: Pixel representation not found

I incriminate DCMJS because I see this error several time since i upgraded DCMJS while it was never shown before. Also if I send the original DICOM directly to Orthanc without DCMJS manipulation and transcode it with Orthanc, no error is thrown.

DCMTK complains about Pixel Representation but didn't found so much difference when logging this tag with DCMJS when I compare input and output file.

I think will need an eye from a DICOM expert (happy new year Bill and Steve !)

Just edited my post I was saying something about a AS representation value which turn out to be in my code and not related to the dcmtk issue

@wayfarer3130 do you have an easy way to test this? I'm a little unclear what steps are needed to replicate what @salimkanoun reported.
