Describe the feature

For snowpipes there is not currently the option to alias a column name. external tables, however, recently did get this feature (#213) with #257

Describe alternatives you've considered

Could use external tables but want the functionality given by a snowpipe.

Who will this benefit?

Anybody who wants to use aliases for snowpipe
