Token On Bg Basic Emphasis 50 seems to be the wrong color

The Token On Bg Basic Emphasis 50 default and probably hovered and pressed seem to have the wrong colors, at least when compared to the Figma File displaying the base colors.

The colors emphasis-50 are stronger than 60 in the Theme Builder, this seems to be a bug. Compared to the color scales in Figma, one can see that it makes sense there, the colors get gradually less strong against the background.
