Question about validating db against the spec in todomvc

Hello!

I am new to re-frame and Clojure in general. I have worked with many UI frameworks, both desktop and web, and re-frame seems to be far superior than anything :)

I am looking through todomvc example project.
There is a check-and-throw function, line 49 in events.cljs file. It takes 2 arguments - a-spec and db.
Later, on line 56 it is wrapped in after call with "fixed" first argument (with a partial call), thus producing a function which expects only db. BUT in after function in line 220 in std_interceptors.cljs file the function is then called with 2 arguments: db (expected) and the event vector. Should not there be an ArityException?
