Webhook is on the same system as Netbox so connectivity is not a concern. I have also confirmed connectivity to PRTG but I don't believe we are making it that far. I have enabled the debug webhook built into Netbox and confirmed data is received.
Any ideas on what has broken from Netbox 3.7 to 4.0?

Upgraded Netbox to 4.0.6 from 3.7 release and now the webhook fails. Debug output below
