Mail candidates about status chances for other candidates in their elections

Unsure if this is something that we want, but the idea is that it could be nice for candidates to get an email if someone else accepts the same post as them, or perhaps more importantly if someone else unaccepts.

Could be spammy and have consequences, but the idea is to keep candidates updated so they know what to expect for the election.

Could be argued to be the responsibility of Valberedningen to update the candidates though.
