Show activities in event calendar

Regardless of whether they're partially included in Calypso's API, the event calendar should include every single occurrence of an activity, across all periods.

This means we probably want to merge the current API request with an activities-specific one, which possibly requires some deduplication (or at least filtering out activities from the first request, either manually or by introducing a parameter ?activities=false)
