What does that mean 'Setup your first cluster'

Could you describe how to create my first cluster? I have a map with 10 points layers and when user is zoomed out I want them to see a circle with the number 1000, and zoom a little further in they'll see 3 circles with 320, 480 and 200, then zoom in and see more smaller clusters.

Is this what your plugin can do and if you could help me get this done that would be great. Thanks!

The plugin doesn't take different layers to calculate the clusters. It does
only work, if the points are in one single layer.
To setup up is very easy. You load your data, select it in the layer tree
and click on the "prepare first cluster" button. Voila!
