CC by-sa 4.0 is typically used for works that are seminal to a larger digital commons: Wikipédia comes to mind.
CC by-nd 4.0 is relevant in situations where the source text needs to spread verbatim. For example, works that state a point of view. This is the licence that the Free Software Foundation recommends in these cases.
Unless I misunderstand the purpose of this ethical commitment, I don't see what digital commons requires the use of CC by-sa 4.0 so I suggest using the CC by-nd 4.0 instead.
This license does not prevent anyone from sharing the text of the "datascientist hippocratic oath" and you can also accept contributions like translations.
