Description
In addition to the nexus_security_user it would be good to provide a resource for the anonymous user.
This would allow the amendment of roles for this user within state, currently we're calling the '/service/rest/v1/security/users/anonymous'.
We can't leverage "nexus_security_user" as password is required!
Is there an existing issue for this?
