Describe the bug
Street id and yishuv_symbol ids are not saved in news flash table.
For example, see the news flashes in this query. The ones with street resolution does not save the numeric values of yishuv_symbol and street1 and/or street2

Expected behavior
street1 and yishuv_symbol should be saved in news_flash table. So does street2 in the case of a junction.
