contributing.md links to a Code of Conduct at code-of-conduct.md. However, no such file actually exists.

Expected behaviour: the link should go somewhere. Either the file should be there or it should link to the Code of Conduct on the website somewhere.

See #9 - it was just removed. A new one is in the works.
