Elevation on mouse over and open

I set the elevation to zero to integrate with the bottom toolbar which has flat icons.
That works fine. However, when the mouse is over the speed dial, it defaults to a raised button.

Seems like an oversight and should be easy to fix (I hope).

ps.. love the package.. chatgpt told me about it.
