How is the GitHub action published?

Perhaps a dumb question, but what's the entry point of danger/danger-js when using Danger JS as an action?

i.e. This option in a GitHub workflow

According to GitHub's documentation:

All actions require a metadata file. The metadata filename must be either action.yml or action.yaml. The data in the metadata file defines the inputs, outputs, and runs configuration for your action.

But there isn't such a file in this repository, so how does it work? I'd like to understand exactly what runs as part of the Danger JS action.

The best I can find so far is:

1. The entry point is as described in the Dockerfile
2. action.yml is a new requirement to be published on the GitHub Actions Marketplace. (Other deprecated official action repo without it here)
3. However action.yml isn't required to make use of an action hosted on a public repo. Then it seems to default to /Dockerfile as the entry point.
   • It's unclear if the LABEL "com.github.actions.name"="" statements have any effect. I couldn't find any documentation about them.
