create PCA visualization function

Need a way to quickly visualize PC's of genotype matrix.

Need:

• scree plot
  • PVE
  • variance values
  • cumulative PVE
• biplot with way to color points by some assigned class

Can we use bigsnpr to do these viz? rMVP can do the biplot.
