Snpsift status #12
Description
Currently, snpsift is used to subset the vcf file for specific annotations and parse them into a table. It is stored as .jar file in the repo itself but I think we should probably instead point to an installed version of the program on the user's machine and not have the jar file included in the repo. This file is ~17 mb and represents about half the size of the entire repo.
