I quickly created a DANDI Zotero group to assist Zenodo users in citing dandisets etc.

and a better view (with faceted filter on tags):

Currently it is a 'one shot' import from a generated by the code in
But it would need to be automated and figured out how to make it so we do maintain just a single record per DOI on zenodo. Quick search lead me to https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/109110/incremental-literature-collection-workflow-and-methodological-support-by-zotero/p1 which could be of help but better to research more.
