Do we want to keep the project user when deleting the project? #376
Description
Currently if you delete a project through FieldHub's UI you can choose to delete the database or delete the database and the image files on the server.
The user (same name as the project key) is kept. This makes it impossible to then recreate a project with the same key (because it then tries to recreate the user with the same name and a new password).
