Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
format-imports is now supporting ArkTS (.ets) files from v4.0.7. (See PR for more background)
But the plugin cannot format .ets files automatically, via onSave, Command Palette and Context Menu.

The requirement is to support .ets files formation via onSave, Command Palette and Context Menu.
