missing active participants metric for monitoring

Currently its only possible to get the active sessions for all bbb servers via scalelite.
Unfortunalty this API call is not public
blindsidenetworks/scalelite#181

The other approach, would be crawling all the bbb servers for active meetings, but this could not be integrated in prometheus, because the API call to the bbb servers is complex to create (hashing, checksum etc.)

To integrate this metric, a custom implementation is neccessarry or scalelite is making its api public
