When adding new tile, along side of icon url, add an option to upload icon from device to add as icon tile.

Now we just have option to load tile icon from url.
Either nextntp will automatically fetch from favicon or we can add from custom url.

But it will be so much better to be able to add icon manually by uploading from local storage.
