This should finally fix 7x crypto and seed crypto in the title decryptor. Tested with Cubic Ninja (old crypto) and Harvest Moon Lost Valley (7x crypto).

This changes a lot:
o You can now automagically decrypt game backups (seed crypto not implemented yet, though).
o System Titles Dumper disabled - this has no legitimate uses
o Launcher.dat is no more included. There's a problem with that that I still need to fix.
o Various minor improvements and bug fixes

Decrypt9 with Brahma Loader 201507010

This fixes the titlekey decryptor (from NAND). The ticket dumper now dumps the full ticket.db.

Also, the last release may have contained an old Decrypt9.bin file - this release is checked and contains all the new stuff.

Decrypt9 with Brahma Loader 20150708

Includes all of the below plus the ability to decrypt the TWL NAND partitions. Super secret, somewhat dangerous other new feature also included, but only accessible via a source code change (the binary does not contain it).

Keep in mind the WORKDIRECTORY IS \DECRYPT9, not your SD root.

Decrypt9 with Brahma Loader 20150703

Includes a new menu system. Now, a work directory ("\Decrypt9") is used instead of the SD root. Archive now also contains the required Python scripts. Decrypting Titlekeys from NAND should be fixed now.

Includes everything below, as well as a fixed ticket dumper, a feature to decrypt titlekeys directly from NAND (without using the 'encTitleKeys.bin file) and a feature to dump system titles from NAND.

Also, launcher.dat version of Decrypt9 is now included.
