new file format is designed for adjudicators, including a "speech" for deliberation and OA. Here specifically, I used the EUDC rules (20min delib)

Ah, I see, validation failed because the file name needs to end in ".xml", in this case (say) Haven't had a look at the whole file yet but noticed your comment about validaiton failing so took a quick look! Thanks! |

If this is a debate format submission, please provide some information about the circuit, league or tournaments where this format is used:
format will be used by EUDC (therefore european circuit), and probably limited to european tournaments because the 20min deliberation is not standard internationally
