Appease TS of Cypress.Commands.overwrite

I'm having a devil of a time appeasing the TS here

Expected 1 arguments, but got 2
const opts: Partial<Cypress.VisitOptions>

I believe I need to include at least something on the callback (here I chose the Cypress.VisitOptions). Without it
Target signature provides too few arguments. Expected 2 or more, but got 1.
