Getting this "corrupted download" error constantly when installing node modules in CI pipelines, did not find anything helpful with google 😞

I had tried to download it with the same URL using wget in the environment, and I did see the download stopped unexpectedly in the middle but wget retried it automatically so the download completed:

I am wondering if this issue has anything to do with my CI env, could any network limitation/restriction that local IT may apply cause this problem?

I'm not sure, but could be internal network issue. In some moment, as you showed with wget - network lost connection.
Better to ask devops team in your company to verify this.

P.S. Can be issue with internal vpn or lost some credentials while running install cypress via pipeline.
