Clarification on open source dashboards and plugins

This states:

Cypress remains committed to open source and our mission. We view development of plugins as a critical part of a healthy community, including those that compete with the capabilities of our commercial product.

If cypress-cloud and sorry-cypress change their names or are forked and renamed, will they be unblocked and allowed to continue?

Most of the complaints in that blog post refer to Currents.dev and not sorry-cypress, except for the name. Would there be any other required changes besides renaming for sorry-cypress? I'm a small contributor and decently familiar with the codebase, so I am trying to evaluate if the work is worth the effort.

I'm not as familiar with cypress-cloud, so beyond the name, what would need to change for it to get unblocked?
