CI fails for forked repo PRs and not for main clone PRs

Hello,

Are there any significant differences in how cypress clouds handle running e2e tests for community pull requests (forks) compared to maintainer pull requests (same repository clone)?

I have noticed a consistent pattern where our forked pull requests fail tests, while our pull requests from branches cloned from the same repository consistently pass.
