Problem Loading Login Items in Cypress

Hello, everyone,
I'm encountering an issue while running my Cypress test. I'm trying to access a URL, and the page loads correctly, but none of the login elements (username and password) are loading.

I access the URL within the same browser window as my test, and I'm getting this error in the network tab (please note that I'm not experiencing this error in the web inspector).

Another point to mention is that I use a VPN in my company since I work remotely, and the regular login, without Cypress, has a different network configuration.

Could you please guide me on how to configure this in my case? Thank you very much!
