How does Cypress create relevant files during initialization?

I want to know where Cypress creates its related files in an empty project. I debugged into the packages/launchpad/src/setup/TestingTypeCards.vue directory and executed the function mutation.executeMutation({ testingType }), but I'm having some difficulty understanding it.
